Dairy Products May Increase Your Chances Of Having Twins
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

Many couples planning on having a baby are completely happy with the idea of having a single birth. But, there’s many couples that would love to be able to have twins, if you’re one of those couples, then this may be good news.

Just making some changes in your diet may help increase your chances of having twins! A study has shown that women who consume dairy products are 5% more likely to give birth to twins than those who don’t.

twinThe study was conducted by Gary Steinman, MD, PHD, a physician at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. The study published at Bio-Medicine.com included 3 categories of women, those who were vegans, vegetarians and those who consumed animal products.

His findings were that the women who consumed animal products on a regular basis, especially dairy products were 5 times more likely to have twins than women who abstained from eating any animal products.

The chances of you having twins can be attributed to the level of IGF found in your body. The higher your levels of IGF, then the more likely that your little bundle of joy will come in a pair! IGF increases ovulation and thus your chances of having twins are increased.

IGF or Insulin-like Growth Factor is a protein released from the liver. In response to growth hormones the animals liver releases IGF which is then transferred through the blood and into it’s milk.

Since 1975 the instances of twin births have steadily increased in the USA. One reason for the increase may be that lots of women are waiting until later in life to have babies. The chance increases when a woman reaches 30 and there is even a greater chance for a woman that’s over 35.

Another reason for the increasing number of twin births could be attributed to the introduction of growth hormone treatments given to cows. This practice was started in the 1990’s to improve the production rate of milk and promote larger cows for more meat.

Having twins doesn’t come without risks, twins are more likely to be premature and have congenital defects. So, if you live in a country that allows cattle to be given growth hormones, you may actually want to limit your intake of animal products prior to trying to conceive.

Of course, drinking more milk won’t insure your chances of having twins. Multiple births are also results of heredity, if there’s twins in your family tree then your chances are automatically increased.

Women getting pregnant while on birth control pills are also more likely to produce twins. The increase of hormones from birth control pills seems to raise the possibility of more than one egg being released during ovulation.

Fertility treatments and ethnicity also play important roles in multiple births. Women of African descent have higher levels of IGF and more instances of twin births, while women of Asian or Hispanic decent have lower levels of IGF and are less likely to have twins.

A previous study Dr. Steinman had conducted showed that if a woman becomes pregnant while breastfeeding, then it’s 9 times more likely that she’ll give birth to twins.

No matter what you’re hoping for, a healthy diet and visiting a gynecologist early in pregnancy can give your baby a better chance for a healthier beginning. They’re both very important factors in your health and your baby’s health.

Breastfeeding Guide - How to Increase Your Milk Supply
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

In the course of breastfeeding your baby, there will inevitably be times when it seems there just isn’t enough milk to keep him satisfied. It happens to everyone, but knowing this doesn’t make it any easier. When faced with constant demands to breastfeed, mothers may doubt their body’s ability to nourish their child. Usually the supply is just fine, but there are several ways to increase it.

Why Is My Baby Always Hungry?

Growth spurts are usually responsible for these back-to-back feeding frenzies. At several points in an infant’s development, he will have periods of rapid growth and his nutritional requirements will increase. He’ll nurse more often, which will in turn build up the supply. When the supply increases to the level he needs, the nursing frequency should subside. Do not supplement the baby with formula or offer cereal during these growth spurts. Supplementation will reduce the nursing frequency, but it will also reduce the milk supply.

breastfeedingTake Care Of Yourself

You can help your body do its job in producing milk by taking care of yourself. Get adequate rest (not always easy!), eat healthy meals, and drink lots of water. Water and rest are essential for milk production! Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Take a day off from your regular routines; spend time in bed snuggling with your baby and nursing on demand.

Express Yourself

Expressing your breast milk either manually or with a breast pump may also help increase your supply. This is essential for mothers who work away from the home or have to spend time away from the baby for any reason. If you and baby are separated, try to use the breast pump at least every four hours, emptying both breasts. If you can’t store the breast milk in a cooler or refrigerator, don’t despair about dumping it. The act of expressing the milk ensures that there will be more where that came from.

Herbal Remedies

If you feel that a little extra help is needed, there are various herbs that are useful in building the milk supply. Fenugreek is probably the best known. It comes in capsules, or in a tea. Follow the directions on the package. Don’t use more than the suggested amount or you may find that your cups runneth over! Other herbs that may increase milk supply include blessed thistle, raspberry leaf, fennel, and brewer’s yeast. Mother’s Milk Tea, available at health food stores, combines various herbs for a pleasant-tasting beverage.

Things To Avoid

If you’re trying to build up your milk supply, the last thing you’ll want to do is something that may actually work against your efforts. The most important thing to avoid is supplementation of any kind, for at least the first six months. No formula, water, juice, cereal, or other foods should be given to the baby no matter how difficult it may seem or how tired you are at 3:00 a.m. Avoid birth control pills that contain estrogen (mini-pills are safe, since they only contain progesterone), implants, or injectables. (Injectable birth control is generally considered safe, but it’s not foolproof and once injected there’s no way to stop the process.) Antihistimines can reduce the milk supply, as can various herbs such as mint, aloe, ginseng, golden seal, green tea, guarana, and ma huang.

After following these guidelines to increase milk supply, if you’re still having trouble and fear that the baby isn’t receiving enough nutrition, please consult with a lactation consultant or contact a La Leche League leader. Visit http://www.lalecheleague.org to find a group in your area.

Health Benefits Of Raw Food
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

Proponents of a raw food diet swear its benefits make it worth the switch from cooked food. However, if you’re eating a traditional diet you’re probably wondering what’s so bad about cooked food?

Well, raw foodists say that this is not a new way of eating, but the original way of eating for humans and animals. They say that food cooked above a temperature of about 118 degrees loses its nutritional benefit, and that humans are the only animals on the planet that cook their food, and we are the sickest.

While the vitamins, fats, and other nutrients remain in food after it is cooked, they are in a greatly altered state that the body cannot use as easily as when the food is raw. The molecular structure of the food has changed. In addition, enzymes in the foods are killed when the food is cooked. Enzymes are the catalysts that enable the body to use minerals and vitamins.

In the past it was believed that cellulose was unnecessary to the body because it contained no nutrition. Now we know that this is fiber and needed for digestion. Raw foodists believe that cooked fiber loses its ability to transport food through our digestive tract.

People who eat a totally raw diet have certain staples in their kitchens. A mainstay of the raw food lifestyle is a blender to grind seeds, grains, and other ingredients. Fresh spices and herbs are liberally used to give food more flavor. Another staple in the raw food kitchen is a juicer. Many foods are juiced for nutritious drinks. The pulp that’s left from these fruits and vegetables is used in other recipes. Lastly, a dehydrator is necessary for fruits and vegetables. A dehydrator is necessary to preserve food in its raw state and use later in various recipes.

Not all proponents of raw food eat raw food 100 percent of the time. Many adopt the Hallelujah Diet which is 85 percent raw and 15 percent cooked. In social situations, raw foodists tend to eat what’s being served or they offer to bring a raw dish. While most people agree organic food is better because it’s free of toxins, feeding a family can be expensive. People find a mix between organic and foods grown with traditional pesticides that they feel comfortable with.

Evidently the raw food trend is becoming popular with celebrities as well. Such people as Carol Alt, Uma Thurman, Alicia Silverstone, Donna Karan, and Lisa Bonet have all sung the praises of raw food. When interviewed, they all stated that the raw food diet helped them lose weight. Other benefits noted were a general feeling of well being, clear headedness, fewer illnesses, clear skin, more energy, and less need for medication.

Many times people with chronic illnesses or allergies say their health problems disappear after a month or two of eating raw. Others say they experience improved vision. Health professionals say that this is due to getting the daily requirement of fruit and vegetables—not because they’re raw. Nevertheless, proponents of the raw food diet believe their health is derived from eating food in its natural state.

Understanding Pollen Allergies
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

You’re sneezing all the time, you have runny nose and yet you still don’t know what’s wrong with you. You probably think you have an allergy but you’re not exactly sure why you have it and on what you are allergic to. To help you discover what your allergy could be and why you are feeling as crappy as you do, I have prepared this article on pollen allergy.

The best way to know if you are suffering from a pollen related allergy is to determine when you are feeling the symptoms. If you often have runny nose and sneezing when the season changes especially during autumn, spring and summer, then you probably have pollen allergy. You know that you have pollen allergy during spring because it is the pollinating time for most trees. You’ll have an allergic reaction during summer because this is the time when the weed and the grass are pollinating and in the autumn the pollens from weeds are still in the air.

pollen-alergyYou are probably wondering what pollens got to do with trees, grass and weed. I mean isn’t pollen from the flowers? The short answer is yes and no. Yes, it is true that pollens come from flowers, but no, pollens do not come exclusively from flowers. As you may have guessed, pollens come from the trees, grass and weeds too. Now you ask, if pollen comes from different sources, why does it make you sick so much? Aren’t pollens supposed to be used by flowers to reproduce themselves? Pollens are used by flowers to reproduce them and often rely on insects and the wind to blow the pollen into other flowers. The problem is the pollens don’t reach its intended destination. Because of the wind, the tiny pollens find their way inside human noses. It is fascinating to think that the human nose inhales about two tablespoons of allergens, the things that cause you to sneeze and cough and have watery eyes, each and every day. When you inhale these allergens, in our case the pollens, you may have hay allergy, otherwise known as pollen allergy or allergic rhinitis.

As I said before, when the pollen seasons come, the human nose inhales the tiny particles of pollen and these pollen accumulate in your respiratory system. Did you know that trees produce more pollens than flowers? And out of all the trees out there, the oak tree has been the top pollen producing tree in nearly all of the United States. The pollens irritate your nasal passages causing your body to release chemical called histamine. Because of this irritation your mucous membrane swells and clogs your nose and sinuses. You then feel the other symptoms that you already know: the sneezing, runny and clogged nose, coughing, itchy throat, nose, eyes, dark circles under your eyes due to added blood circulation in your sinuses as well as watery eyes, among others. Sometimes you even feel hoarseness in your voice and even loss of your voice. Pollen allergy can even result in more serious complications such as asthma, bronchitis or tracheitis.

Seasonal Allergies - Changing Seasons, Worsened Conditions
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

It has been proven that for every action, there’s an equal reaction. Thus, it is safe to say that every change of season may always come with the human body’s own kind of reaction. To some, the difference between winter and summer is just defined by their buckets of sweats or how much they shiver. However, there are also people whose bodies react far more drastically. This is where seasonal allergies step into the picture.

These physical conditions occur whenever certain seasons come or go. From simple hay fever to more complicated rhinitis, there are just no limits to the variants of seasonal allergies which may just hit you. Although these conditions may cause inconvenience for a certain amount of time, you can rest assured that there are always easy remedies you can always turn to. All you’ve got to is know the right cure for every kind of seasonal condition.

For summer, one of the most common seasonal allergies is hay fever. This kind of rhinitis is triggered when eyes or nose are exposed to certain irritants, better known as allergens. During summer, allergens often come in forms of pollen and other airborne substances. This results to itchy eyes, runny nose and uncontrollable sneezing.

The allergic reactions to these substances are reactions of the immune system in order to save the body from further harm. As such, swellings and physical discomfort are sent off everywhere in the body in order to alarm the person. In the case of hay fever, a person must turn to supplements which respond to pollen triggered allergies. The best supplement for this kind of condition would have to be quercetin and nettle leaf. These herbal cures will surely work for you in an instant! This will not only remove the swelling, but also try to gradually immune your body of the allergic reactions it has to certain substances.

Quercetin can also be used for allergies triggered by animal hair or insect coverings. You see, different kinds of animals populate certain areas of the earth at specific seasons, some of which you may be allergic to. Spring for instance is a season filled with caterpillars and butterflies. If you suffer from allergic reactions to inhaled substances, then their powdery wings and light hair may make your immune system go berserk. With quercetin though, your cells will be stabilized. Skin swelling will also be lessened, if not totally eliminated due to the histamine this wonder cure releases. You will definitely feel comfortable once quercetin makes your body less reactive to allergens.

Nettle leaf on the other hand has scientifically proven its clout against hay fever. A staggering 98% of medical testing participants agreed that it is indeed better than placebo, the once leading hay fever solution. Aside from simply eliminating reactions, the nettle also made sure that the body slowly gets friendly with the allergens, thus eliminating the rhinitis once and for all for certain periods of time.

Food intolerance is also a common case when it comes to seasonal allergies. From spring tomatoes to winter eggnogs, there are just so many foods which become popular at certain times of the year. Thus, one must always be aware of what kinds of food drive their immune systems crazy. This can be done through undergoing an elimination diet. However, if the inevitable happens, you must always turn to the best cures there are in order to eliminate the often unpleasant symptom of allergic reactions.

For swelling common drugs with histamine are recommended. Certain creams also lessen the itching and redness of the skin. Just ask your local drug store and they will give you a good drug immediately. Other popular choices for seasonal allergies caused by food are Benadryl and Betadyne. By using these, the symptoms will begin to subside within a matter of minutes. If these do not work, you may also try out other methods such a homeopathy and acupuncture.

Now you can stay fresh and healthy no matter how much the seasons change. With the right knowledge, amount of caution and attitude, you surely are on your way towards non-allergic bliss. This is the promise only the smartest seasonal allergy solutions can fulfill. Embrace them now for a fantabulous feeling - winter, spring, summer and fall!

FDA Blasts Children’s Cold Remedies
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

Walk into your neighborhood drugstore and you will likely find hundreds of competing cold remedy products; and many of these products are marketed specifically to children. In fact, there are so many different competing children’s cold remedies on the shelves that parents often find themselves in a bit of a quandary trying to pick one. How can you tell which of these children’s cold remedies work? Well, according to the FDA’s recent announcement. The answer is “none of them.”

child-cold.jpg
The results of several recent meta-studies show conclusively that the children’s cold remedies found in your local drugstore don’t work. The studies examined best-selling brands such as Tylenol Infants Drops, Pedia care infant drops, and others, and found that not only are these products ineffective in treating colds in small children, they can actually cause more harm than good in children under six years old.

On October the 11th, 2007, several major children’s cold remedy manufacturers voluntarily removed their products for babies and toddlers from store shelves. This voluntary removal is seen by industry analysts as a type of preemptive move by drug manufacturers, and an attempt to lessen the impact of the FDA’s ruling.

Amazingly, these same children’s cold remedies have been freely available for sale for decades, and have been used by millions of American children according to the Food and Drug Administration’s own statistics. But according to Sean Hennessey, an FDA expert who has studied the children’s cold medicines, the new data shows “they don’t seem to work.”

The new FDA recommendation will apply to all cold medicines marketed to children under six containing antihistamines and decongestants. One notable exception: the new recommendations do not apply to children’s cough medicines containing expectorants.

And although the current recommendations for these medications are “nonbinding,” they could eventually lead to banning of certain products, tighter regulatory control or even mandatory “do not use” labeling.

To add insult to injury, the FDA panel also indicated that there is absolutely no evidence that children’s cold remedy products work in older children either. The current recommendation states that there is no medical benefit from these products to children under six, but FDA panelists were quick to point out that the medications have not been found to be effective for children six to 11 either.

For those of us who grew up with endless drugstore aisles of children’s cold products, the future could bring something quite different. For the moment at least, it appears the only children’s cold medicines you can trust for your little one, are those prescribed by your child’s doctor.

Are You Aware of Children’s Food Allergies?
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

Allergies are really scary when they happen to you. But imagine the same reaction, happening to small children who cannot even talk properly to convey their discomfort. There are differing degrees by which people can get allergic reactions but a severe reaction can cause the windpipes to swell up and completely cut off respiration resulting in death if it’s not treated immediately! Scary right! It was meant to be! Over six million Americans are allergic to something and quite a few of those adults have developed allergic reactions early in life. About 2% of all children develop some kind of food allergy but luckily a few children completely outgrow allergies as they grow older.

child eatingSo what can you do to make sure you have a healthy child who does not develop allergies?

The basics of an allergic reaction are simple .For some reason, the child’s body cannot tolerate certain ingredients found in food or daily life. The most common allergy provoking ingredients are peanuts, milk, eggs and seafood. As soon as the child even touches or eats these ingredients, the allergic child develops a strong immune reaction by which the body starts to reject the offensive material by trying to attack and kill it. The various immune reactions demonstrated by the body may vary from child to child as some children develop wheezing, hives, diarrhea, vomiting, or rashes and swelling etc. But if you notice your child having the reaction commonly after ingesting particular foods then please discontinue the item immediately.

The nest step is to get your child tested for food allergies. Most doctors do recommend an IgE serum test to check for elevated levels of Immunoglobulin E which indicates and allergic reaction. But unfortunately the test is not really conclusive and does not indicate which material you are allergic to. Skin allergic testing can also be done but it’s not really specific in children under the age of 12 months.

Can food allergies be prevented?

Not completely but a few common sense steps can make sure you have your child safe guarded form developing an allergic reaction before time.

  • Breastfeed your infant compulsorily for at least six months when the child’s immune system is still developing. And continue to breast feed for at least one year. The first solid feed you should attempt should be iron fortified rice cereal which is really safe and non allergenic.
  • While breast feeding avoid common allergenic materials like peanuts, tree nuts eggs milk and fish to protect your child.
  • Supplement your feed with hypoallergenic formulas available in the market with out soy or any substitutes in it.
  • Do not use milk and dairy products till your child is one year old. Avoid all nuts till your child is two or three years old. Do not use egg whites till your child is atleast here old.
  • Children do out grow allergies but there’s no specific test to determine how and why. As a precaution tell your child to not eat anything unless he has read food labels well and if he’s a toddler warn the daycare not to feed him anything unless you have expressly approved it.

A newer test is now available for food allergy testing called as the ImmunoCAP Specific IgE. This test determines IgE levels in a blood sample and is relatively accurate for blood testing.

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

Many people associate Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with the military, and that is a valid reason to have the disorder; however, there are many other traumatic experiences that can cause a person to experience PTSD. For instance, a home invasion, rape, or any kind of violence can cause a person to experience PTSD.

PTSD was first associated with veterans returning from the Vietnam War. These veterans had problems dealing with the violence they had witnessed and even participated in. Since that time, PTSD has been well researched and documented. Today we know that not only war veterans, but people from many walks of life may experience PTSD. Women in violent marriages, children who have been abused, and survivors of natural disasters are just some of the people who may find themselves experiencing PTSD.

stressNot everyone who has a violent experience will have the same reaction, but many people will find themselves reliving the events over and over again. Along with that comes flashbacks, nightmares, rapid heart rate, sweating, detachment, amnesia, sleep problems, irritability, and an exaggerated startle response.

Other symptoms of the disorder include an inability to deal with the everyday stresses of life. There may be trouble maintaining employment because of an inability to concentrae. Also, people with PTSD have trouble maintaining relationships. Many people with this disorder get divorced.

Long-term studies of Vietnam era veterans show that PTSD is a risk factor for disease in general. In other words, if PTSD is treated soon after the traumatic even, the sufferer is more likely to have serious health problems in the future. This finding has staggering implications when you think of all the disasters in recent memory and the number of people who lived through them.

Fortunately, there is effective treatment for PTSD. Although the person suffering with this problem may be loathe to do it, talking about their experience is very helpful. Medication is also a very valid option. Several drugs have proven to be useful in treating the stress and depression that accompanies PTSD.

Lately there has been an increased number of people being diagnosed with PTSD. These numbers are related to the number of catastrophic events in the last few years: 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, and recently floods in the Midwest. Survivors of catastrophic events are at a higher risk than most for PTSD.

Although a diagnosis of PTSD must be made by a doctor, if you are experiencing the symptoms for longer than one month, chances are good you have the disorder. It’s possible to have periods of time when the symptoms wax and wane, but this does not mean the disorder is gone. You still need to seek help.

One problem that many people with PTSD have is that they are reticent to talk about their experience. They feel that no one will understand. There is also a fear of being judged. This is sad because it means they will miss out on the peace of mind they deserve. A catastrophic life event, doesn’t have to last a lifetime.

What is Oppositional Defiant Disorder?
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

One of the most intriguing and challenging illnesses to inflict children are perhaps developmental disorders. For one, these special situations can never be returned to normal or at least reverted back to what it was supposed to be. Children who are inflicted with various developmental disorders can have impaired basic functions involving motor, intellectual, and even social skills. This is primarily because the problems in these children are caused by abnormalities in the brain. It may be that a certain part of their brain has not developed fully well.

sadboyThe plight of developmental disorders still continue to amaze and even puzzle the medical profession, specifically development psychologists. These particular specialists are the ones who diagnose the different type of developmental disorders which are suspected to be experienced by an individual. Diagnosis of developmental disorders entails a long road to work on, with a series of tests being done to make the final decision. One of the challenging developmental deficiencies being experienced these days is the oppositional defiant disorder. This particular type of disorder is often diagnosed alongside the guidelines contained in the DSM-IV-TR.

It is not enough that symptoms be plainly observed. When it comes to oppositional defiant disorder, the effect of the individual’s actions is also taken into major consideration. In general, oppositional defiant disorder is characterized by the negativity of the individual. It can also be observed as early as during the one’s childhood years. The child may generally exhibit disagreement even on the simplest of things. A child suspected with oppositional defiant disorder may also be found difficult to deal with and compromise with. He or she finds it hard to understand other people’s perspectives.

But in a more detailed account, oppositional defiant disorder can be pinpointed as occurring if the characteristics observed in the child hampers in his ability to interact and follow directions in the home, in the school, and even in a bigger community. Aside from this, it can only be classified as oppositional if the defiance exhibited by the child does not come from any other disorder such as anxiety, depression, or another type of conduct disorder. And lastly, a child suspected to have oppositional defiant disorder is only finally classified as such if the negative behavior has already been observed for a over a span of six months.

When it comes to treating the oppositional defiant disorder, therapies are usually being prescribed. Diagnosing the disorder during childhood is also highly recommended so that therapies can successfully intervene and possibly regulate the behavior. As therapies begin for the individual, the support of his or her family is deemed very important. Therapies do not simply involve a one on one situation between the patient and the therapist. Family and other types of group therapies are also being advised to help slowly mainstream the patient into normal and general situations he or she may always find himself in. Only in extreme cases can medications be advised for this particular type of disorder as therapies are usually made to suffice it.

Getting By With Attention Deficit Disorder
Filed Under (Uncategorized) by Joe LI

Attention deficit disorder, also known as ADD, is a tough thing to manage. Up to this day, there is no known cure for the said neurological disorder as doctors only get to diagnose the illness and propose a way that it can be effectively maintained. Once a person gets afflicted with the said disorder, that person will exhibit obvious symptoms in terms of behavior. An increased level of distraction is often noted, as the person with ADD shows difficulty in trying to stick with an activity for a long period of time. They also tend to be more hyperactive and shifts from one place to another apart from simply switching in between activities.

boyThe onset of ADD is often seen during childhood years. From as early as two to three years of age, a child afflicted with the neurological disorder may already begin to exhibit its symptoms. However, it does take a long rigorous process before a child can really be pronounced as having attention deficit disorder. It is best to consult a developmental pediatrician to be able to diagnose the said disorder, as these medical professionals do not simply deal with biological factors but they also consider a great bulk of behavioral profiling for them to fully assess the child. Although a child can be suspected with ADD, behavioral assessment becomes imperative because the number of neurological and developmental disorders belong to a rather large umbrella.

Once a person becomes finally diagnosed with ADD, a series of intervention becomes mapped out. You should remember that when it comes to addressing attention deficit disorder, it does not simply involve diagnosis and then prescription of the needed medication. People afflicted with ADD are actually not that much prescribed with medications unless they really need or in extreme cases as well. Kids diagnosed with the said disorder are rather entered into an intervention program whereby behavioral therapy will be observed. Usually, this is where special education classes come in.

Aside from the individual, family therapy or even group therapy is also prescribed for people afflicted with attention deficit disorder. The person’s family must duly understand the situation of the patient and how they can cope up with the irregularities in behavior. Keeping up and even living with a person known to have ADD becomes extremely difficult especially since these people do not usually let themselves become involved in strict rules and regulations. For the most part, people with ADD will just do what they needed to do regardless of the circumstances.

When it comes to ADD, experts and medical professionals observe that it is the family who becomes affected the most. Those afflicted with the illness themselves do not really realize the gravity of the entire thing. But for the most part, people with ADD do get far ahead in life and they end up in good condition eventually. However, this will not be possible if the person will not undergo early intervention especially during the formative years of his life. Which is why therapies are becoming extremely important.
