There are 3 programs: CE Credit, Non-Credit and Student. The fees are listed at the bottom. Postdoctoral fellows are eligible for student rates. The schedule (agenda) is the same for all three and can be viewed at Programs
The registration fee covers all activities except the optional Saturday night cruise which is an additional $120. The registration fee covers continental breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday as well as refreshments served at the Thursday and Friday evening receptions. There will be a cash bar at the receptions and cruise.
GUEST POLICY: Guests are welcome to attend for a $90 fee. The fee includes all social activities (e.g., yoga, fun run) and the Thursday and Friday evening social hours. It does not include the optional Saturday night dinner cruise . No meals are provided as a guest. The only food provided for guests is the food at the evening social events. There is no charge for children under 12.
REFUND POLICY: If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to send a substitute. Refunds, less a $50 service fee, will be given in response to written or FAX requests received prior to March 17, 2008. No refunds will be granted after this date or for non-attendance.
Online Registration will automatically compute the fee based on the selections you make as described on this page. You will be asked which events you are going to attend so that we have the information for planning purposes. As previously stated, the only event that has an additional fee is the Saturday evening cruise ($120). Please DO NOT use Mozilla Firefox. Problems have been reported. Internet Explorer handles the registration process properly.
