The Conference will be held at the Miami Beach Resort and Spa. This 18-story oceanfront facility features the finest "state of the art" meeting and conference facilities. It is located near the Miami and Fort Lauderdale International Airports, and about 3 miles from the heart of "South Beach."
Soaring 18 stories above a white-sand beach, the hotel boasts 424 guest rooms and suites each with floor-to-ceiling views of the Atlantic Ocean and/or Intracoastal Waterway. There are also 18 dedicated meeting rooms and a total of 40,000 square feet of meeting space, with property-wide high-speed internet access. The famous Starlight Room on the top floor - showcasing panoramic ocean and city skyline views - was a favorite of Frank Sinatra and Jackie Gleason.

Conference Hotel Room Rates
Room rates at the Miami Beach Resort and Spa will be $179 per night for Single and Double rooms for the Thursday - Saturday nights of the conference (April 10, 11, 12). This special rate may be booked for the 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference, based on space and availability.
The rates noted above are Standard Run of House. Accommodations may be upgraded, based on the following additions to the special group rates (per night): Bayfront Rooms $ 30.00, Oceanfront Rooms $ 50.00, Junior Suites $ 50.00, One Bedroom Oceanfront Suite $ 150.00
Room rates are subject to city, state and local taxes that currently are 13% (tax rates may change at any time without notice). The special room rates above include the daily resort fee (that covers use of the fitness center and other services).

Directions
The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The hotel address is: 4833 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33140
From Miami International Airport:
Take I-195 east to Collins Avenue exit. Go left on Collins. The resort is on the right side of Collins.
From Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport:
Take I-95 south to I-195 east to Collins Avenue exit. Go left on Collins Avenue. The resort is on the right side of Collins.
Parking Information
The hotel has "valet only" parking at a cost of about $20 per day. There is also a municipal parking lot (daytime parking only) about 2 blocks south of the hotel. Attendees do not need a rental car to get around as most restaurants and local attractions are within a short cab ride.
Child Care
The hotel does not offer any in-house child care options, but they do recommend one company. The company is called ArsiCare and the phone number is 305-854-3234. Guests have two options: 1) They can call in advance to have the company fax them a request form they can fill out and send back, or 2) They can call the company when they arrive at the hotel to fill out the form (if they pick option 2, they have to complete the form at least 6 hours in advance of when they would need the baby sitter).
