Sagging skin is happened because of our skin is expose too long to sunlight. Long terms sunburns is likely to cause sagging skin. Another reason is because of inconsistency diet practice. Our skin will be not healthy if our weight isn’t consistence. If overweight, our skin will become wrinkle and sagging. To prevent it from happens; drink a lot of water, at least 8 glasses daily. Try not to or stop smoking, since it also one of the possibility of sagging skin. For women, remove make up each time you want to sleep. Post a comment
